Purple power smoothie
A vibrantly coloured, nutrient-packed, way to start the day. Get a hit of calcium as well as a punch of protein and fibre!
- 1 Weet-Bix wheat biscuits
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk, or So Good Soy or Almond Milk
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into glass.
- Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
- Want a convenient ready to go drink? Double the ingredients and store it in the fridge for later.
