- 1 batch Weet-Bix Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies
- 1 batch Weet-Bix Chocolate Panforte
- 1 batch Weet-Bix Cookies
- 1 batch Weet-Bix Vegan Gingerbread Cut-out Biscuits
- 1 batch Weet-Bix Hazelnut Cranberry Biscotti
- 1 batch Weet-Bix Choc-drizzle Shortbread Bars
- Cookie boxes or tins
- Tissue paper, baking paper, or paper muffin liners
- Section spacers, optional
Method
- Make cookie recipes up to three days in advance. Store in sealed containers in a cool spot.
- Select your Christmas cookie box containers. Line boxes with paper and place section spacer, if using.
- Arrange a selection of biscuits in each box, and gift to friends and family!
