Banoffee Overnight Weet-Bix

Ingredients:
- 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuit
- 1/2 Cup So Good™ Almond Milk
- ½ cup low fat yoghurt
- ½ banana
- 15g Biscoff spread or DIY Caramel Drizzle (Peanut butter + Maple Syrup + Hot Water)
Method:
- Crush 2 ½ Weet-Bix and add almond milk to form the base. Spread over the bottom of a small container or bowl.
- Layer on the chopped banana and Biscoff or caramel drizzle.
- Cover with yoghurt and ½ Weet-Bix crushed on top.
- Place in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
