Almond & raspberry swirl yoghurt spread

Creamy yoghurt, tangy raspberries and Weet-Bix Cholesterol Lowering–what a perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Weet Bix™ Cholesterol Lowering
  • 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2  cup frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
  • 1 tbs unsalted almonds, chopped

Method:

  1. Lightly crush raspberries and fold through yoghurt.
  2. Spoon yoghurt over Weet-Bix™, scatter with almonds.

Tips:

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or your favourite spice.
  • Layer in a glass the night before for a grab-and-go brekkie.
